HOMERun is in alpha testing. Some features are still rough or subject to change.

HOMERun is a csRNA-seq analysis pipeline designed for running on HPC clusters.

It automates the analysis workflow from raw FASTQ files through alignment, tag directories, TSS analysis, quality control, stability analysis, and reporting.
